Wigan Lane Trees

Swinley Community Group has recently been in conversation with teams at Wigan Council to have trees planted on the cobbles outside The Bowling Green and Open Arms on Wigan Lane.

Following on from these discussions, two beautiful Ginkgo trees have now been planted in this prominent spot. The Ginkgo's striking foliage and unique seeds will help to brighten this well known cobbled area along Wigan Lane.
